Counselling with Beth Lusk
Appointments available in Cwmbran, Monmouth or Online
I believe that therapy is a powerful way of creating meaningful and lasting change. There are times when we can feel overwhelmed, anxious or uncertain about our lives and talking to friends and family doesn't always offer us the relief and insight we are seeking. I am a warm, open-minded person who strives to create an atmosphere in therapy where clients feel safe enough to talk openly about areas of their life they might have hidden from others or feel stuck and unhappy with.
A bit about me
I qualified as a therapist in 2016 and have 6 years of experience counselling adults and young people with a range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, body image issues, OCD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, sexuality issues and more. Alongside this I have also worked in the field of social care for the last 20 years and have experience from this area of early trauma and abuse, adoption, disability and child mental health. I encourage clients to ring me for a chat to explore whether counselling is right for them or if they are uncertain about immediately booking a session.
Cost of sessions £45/hr.
Happy to discuss concessions based on low-wage, student status.

when the risk to remain
tight in a bud was
more painful than the risk
it took to blossom."
